Culbert is an intelligent and hopeful young boy with aspirations of becoming a nurse. Tragically, Culbert’s father passed away, leaving him and his siblings in the sole care of his mother. As a single parent, Culbert mother struggles to meet the overwhelming responsibility of raising her children.

Despite these challenges, Culbert remains focused on his dream of becoming a nurse and making a difference in his community. Culbert’s favorite subject is English, and he enjoys learning and improving his communication skills. His favorite food is fried yam, and his favorite color is green, symbolizing his hope for growth and a better future. Due to his family’s struggles and lack of resources, Culbert has not had much exposure to books or movies, so he doesn’t have a favorite character yet—but his determination shines brighter than any story.
